ResMed AirFit F10 Headgear

This is the replacement headgear for the ResMed AirFit F10 full face mask, and it comes in three sizes: Small, Standard, and Large. It uses magnetic clips that attach the lower straps to the mask cushion, so you can snap your mask on and off quickly, and it is FSA/HSA eligible. It fits the standard AirFit F10 mask; if you use the for Her version, see the AirFit F10 for Her mask.

The headgear reaches over the crown of the head and is padded for comfort, and it keeps the bridge of the nose clear for an open field of vision, which works well if you like to read or watch TV before bed or if you wear glasses. If your cushion is worn too, pair fresh headgear with a new AirFit F10 cushion.

Because it contains magnets, keep the magnets at least 6 inches (150 mm) away from active medical implants such as pacemakers, defibrillators (ICDs), neurostimulators, CSF shunts, and insulin or infusion pumps, and from ferromagnetic metallic implants. If you or anyone who sleeps near you has one of these, talk to your doctor before use. To protect the magnetic clips, remove them before you clean the headgear with water so they do not rust.
