So it turns out this wasn’t the issue with my unit. I haven’t called you all because the last few phone calls I made to you all were the worst customer service instances I’ve ever had with a company. Considering the unit is well within the warranty period, I’m still afraid to call for a couple of reasons. At this point I’m going to have to eat the loss and probably purchase another unit from a different company altogether. Thanks Sleeplay for nothing. In closing there was only ONE individual who showed compassion for my situation and to him I say THANK YOU, all the others INCLUDING the individual who wanted to charge me $85+ for this power supply, that is UNDER WARRANTY, need training!
