Pre-Owned Refurbished CPAP Machines
Pre-owned and refurbished CPAP machines are previously owned devices that Sleeplay has professionally cleaned, tested, and restored, then backed with a 1-Year Sleeplay Warranty. They deliver the same continuous or auto-adjusting therapy as a new machine, at a lower cost, and ship with new consumable parts so you start with fresh, hygienic components. A valid prescription is required, the same as for a new CPAP.
How Sleeplay refurbishes each machine
Each pre-owned machine is inspected, sanitized, and performance-tested to confirm it delivers pressure accurately and meets manufacturer specifications, and worn or consumable parts are replaced before it ships. This is what separates a certified refurbished machine from a private used sale, where you cannot verify the device's history, settings, or condition.
What is included
Every refurbished CPAP from Sleeplay comes with the essentials to start therapy: a new CPAP hose, a reusable filter, and a power supply. Models with a humidifier include the water chamber, replaced when needed. All consumable components are new for hygiene and reliable performance from the first night.

Refurbished vs new
A certified refurbished CPAP costs less than a new unit while delivering the same therapy when properly restored. The main differences are price and that the device was previously owned. Prescription, FSA/HSA, and financing
CPAP machines are prescription medical devices, so a valid prescription is required even for a refurbished unit, to set your prescribed pressure. Most insurance plans reimburse only a new primary device, but refurbished CPAPs are FSA and HSA eligible, so you can pay with pre-tax funds.
