Try all three included pillow sizes (Small, Medium, Large) before settling on one. Start with the size closest to your usual fit, then adjust if you notice leaks or extra pressure at the nostrils.
Never overtighten the headgear. The silicone strap is designed to sit lightly on your head while still holding a reliable seal.
