When you set up your CPAP, choose the mask type that matches this system: select "Pillows" on a ResMed S9, or "SWIFT" if your device offers it (otherwise pick "MIRAGE").
Try both headgear options in the box, the pink Bella Loops and the standard Swift FX for Her headgear, and keep whichever feels more secure for how you sleep.
Slide the soft wraps over the headgear straps before wearing the mask. They keep the fabric off your skin and help prevent red marks after a full night.
This fit pack ships Extra Small, Small, and Medium pillows. If you need a Large, it is sold separately: Swift FX Nasal Pillows.
