Sleepnet Ascend Nasal CPAP Mask

The Sleepnet Ascend is a nasal mask built for people who breathe through their nose during CPAP or BiLevel therapy and want a cushion they can size and replace on their own, instead of buying a whole new mask each time. We sell it as separate Small, Medium, and Large cushion sizes, plus a FitPack that includes all three if you're not sure which size fits you best.

The mask uses Sleepnet's patented AIRgel cushion, a medical-grade silicone gel that conforms to your face and holds a seal without heavy headgear tension. The Flexible Spacebar sits across your forehead area without touching it, so there's no forehead pad pressing into your skin or blocking your view.

An Active Headgear Connector moves with you as you shift positions overnight, helping the seal stay in place if you toss and turn. The elbow rotates a full 360 degrees so the hose can swing with your head instead of pulling on the mask, and it's built with a vented exhalation port, so you don't need a separate one.

The mask is latex-free, DEHP-free, and phthalate-free, and it doesn't use magnets anywhere in the headgear or frame. Sleepnet designs and builds it in the USA. This is an adult mask sized for patients over 66 lb (30 kg), and a prescription is required.
