This setup is built for anyone starting CPAP therapy who wants one order instead of piecing a machine and a mask together from separate listings, and for anyone replacing an older full face system who breathes through the mouth or moves around at night. The F30i's single cushion covers the nose and mouth, and its tube-up connection routes the hose up and over the pillow instead of across your cheek, so side sleeping does not pull the seal loose.

The AirSense 11 runs ResMed's AutoSet algorithm, adjusting pressure breath by breath within a 4 to 20 cm H2O range instead of holding one fixed number all night, and it can switch to fixed CPAP mode if your prescription calls for that instead. AutoRamp eases you into pressure as you fall asleep, and Expiratory Pressure Relief (EPR) softens each exhale. A built-in cellular modem sends your nightly data to the myAir app on its own, and myAir's Personal Therapy Assistant can walk you through setup if you get stuck.

The AirTouch F30i's ComfiSoft fabric cushion sits softer against skin than plain silicone and is easy to hand-wash.
