Dry Box Technology
The water chamber and an advanced "Dry Box" design eliminate the risk of water spillage and ingress into the device. Even when filled to the "FULL" indicator line, the water chamber can be tilted or turned upside down without leaking back into the device. If any water exits the chamber, the Dry Box ensures water does not enter the CPAP, while the heated tube option assists with condensation.
Optimum Humidification Level
Find your optimal state of comfort. The humidifier has three levels of humidification (70, 80, or 90 percent). The heated tube has five temperature levels, ranging from 4 to 16 degrees above the room temperature, for maximum comfort and therapy success.
Heated Tubing for Added Comfort
This device aims to provide as much comfort as possible to enhance your therapy experience and help you be more compliant with your protocol. Delivering consistent humidity levels throughout the night, at the mask, does the job.
Heated Tubing works in conjunction with the humidifier's automatic adjustment capabilities to reduce and eliminate condensation and rainout while increasing overall humidity levels. Once your preferred level is selected, the humidifier monitors and adapts to changes in room temperature, therapy flow, and external humidity to deliver your desired level of moisture regardless of external changes. The heated tube is 72 inches from end to end, including cuffs, and has a slim 15mm interior diameter.
Sleep therapy is a very individual treatment; if you are not a fan of heated tubing, the "60 Series" Humidifier can also be used with standard CPAP & BiPAP tubing, Performance tubing, and Slim Performance Tubing for your preference.
Compatibility
This heated humidifier is only compatible with the "60 Series" System One CPAP & BiPAP machines: DS260, DS460, DS560, DS660, DS760.
