Pair it with the right frame size (Small, Medium, or Large); frame and cushion size work together for the seal.
Adjust the headgear straps using the L and R labels, snug but not tight, and re-check fit after a few nights.

The fabric frame wraps included in the box add cushioning where the frame meets your cheeks.
