After my Galaxy watch showed my SpO2 dipped down to an alarming 71% one night, I ordered this ring to get a better record of what was going on. Now I sleep better knowing this ring is monitoring and recording my heart rate and O2 levels during the night. I set up the optional alerts, so I will wake up and take some deep breaths if either one falls below a level I set. I was also glad to know that the SpO2 range numbers and heart rate shown on my Galaxy Watch line up fairly close to the ring's numbers, but the ring's phone app gives me much more data and it does more frequent checks than other wearables, resulting in a more accurate 'picture'. I love that I can share the data files from my phone to the SleepHQ platform and correlate it with my sleep readings for even more insight to what's happening while I sleep. I recommend this device for anyone who's concerned about their heart rate and O2 levels.
