The Transcend Micro 510 handles the therapy side. It's a full Auto CPAP at 0.48 lbs that automatically adjusts between 4–20 cmH₂O through the night. The waterless HME takes care of humidification without a tank, and the whole machine is small enough to pack without reorganizing your bag.
