This bundle pairs the ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet CPAP machine with the AirTouch F30i clear full face mask, and unlike most AirSense 10 bundles, this one ships with ClimateLineAir heated tubing already included instead of standard SlimLine. In the box: the AirSense 10 with its built-in HumidAir humidifier, the AirTouch F30i mask in your chosen size, the heated tubing, and one standard filter.

This setup is built for anyone starting CPAP therapy who wants a machine, mask, and heated tubing matched in a single order, and for anyone who already deals with dry air or rainout and wants that solved from night one. The F30i's single cushion covers the nose and mouth, and its tube-up connection routes the hose up and over the pillow instead of across your cheek, so side sleeping does not pull the seal loose.

The AirSense 10 runs ResMed's AutoSet algorithm, adjusting pressure breath by breath within a 4 to 20 cm H2O range, and it can switch to fixed CPAP mode if your prescription calls for that instead. AutoRamp eases you into pressure as you fall asleep, and Expiratory Pressure Relief (EPR) softens each exhale. A built-in cellular modem sends your nightly data to the myAir app on its own; this machine does not use Bluetooth.

The AirTouch F30i's ComfiSoft fabric cushion sits softer against skin than plain silicone and is easy to hand-wash. Its headgear clips are magnetic, so keep the mask at least 6 inches (150 mm) from a pacemaker, defibrillator, or other implanted medical device; see the magnet safety FAQ below. A valid CPAP prescription is required for both the machine and the mask.
