The ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet is an auto-adjusting CPAP machine for adults diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea who want a comfortable, data-connected device for nightly home use. It automatically raises or lowers pressure through the night based on your breathing, so it never delivers more pressure than necessary. A valid prescription is required to purchase a CPAP machine.

AutoRamp with SmartStart begins at a low, comfortable pressure and increases to your prescribed level once it detects that you have fallen asleep. EPR (Expiratory Pressure Relief), off or at levels 1 to 3, lowers pressure on each exhale to ease the effort of breathing against the airflow. Pressure range is 4 to 20 cm H2O, with a ramp time adjustable from 0 to 45 minutes.

This listing (SKU 37208) ships with the integrated HumidAir heated humidifier and the ClimateLineAir heated tubing included in the box. The HumidAir water chamber holds about 380 ml and delivers humidity up to 93% (non-condensing). The ClimateLineAir heated tube keeps the air at a consistent temperature from the machine to your mask, which helps reduce condensation (rainout) inside the tube on colder nights.

The AirSense 10 AutoSet has built-in cellular connectivity. The free myAir app gives you a nightly therapy score and detailed usage data. Therapy continues normally without Wi-Fi or cell coverage; remote data upload simply resumes once a signal is available. The device uses a color LCD screen and a control dial (not a touchscreen).
