"Upon receipt of the nasal pillow head gear I noticed the strap was missing when I received it at the beginning of last week. I called the contact number and they immediately ordered another head strap which arrived two days later at no cost. They expressed surprise it was missing. Last night, I found the missing strap underneath the bed. Apparently, I opened the hard plastic container and the strap fell out without my noticing it. My apologies to Sleeplay."
