Transcend Micro is the smallest and lightest Auto-CPAP machine available, weighing in at less than half a pound and fitting comfortably in the palm of your hand. Transcend Micro is loaded with quality comfort options such as auto-adjusting pressure, an adjustable ramp, expiratory pressure relief, silent operation, and optional extras like as HME humidification and a battery pack. It's also compatible with just about any CPAP mask!

  • Power Connection: Connect the machine to a power source using the AC power adapter or the optional Transcend PowerAway™ P8 portable battery.
  • Mask Connection: Attach your preferred CPAP mask to the Transcend Micro using the provided AirFlex 6-foot hose. Ensure all connections are secure.
  • The Transcend Micro features auto-adjusting pressure to provide personalized therapy. Ensure this feature is activated to automatically adjust air pressure levels throughout the night for optimal comfort and effectiveness.
  • Use the GentleRise technology for a smoother transition to sleep. Set the ramp time according to your preference or turn off the feature if you prefer constant pressure from the beginning.
  • Home Use: Use the AC power adapter for reliable power at home.
  • Travel Use: Utilize the optional Transcend PowerAway™ P8 portable battery for travel, camping, or as a backup during power outages.
  • Activate the 30-minute drying mode in the morning to remove excess moisture from your mask and tubing. This ensures hygiene and readiness for the next use.
  • Connect the Transcend Micro to the MySleepDash app via Bluetooth to track your sleep data and usage. Share this information with your healthcare provider for personalized therapy management.
  • Controls: Familiarize yourself with the power button, Bluetooth button, pressure ramp button, and dry cycle button.
  • LED Indicators: Use the LED indicators for real-time feedback on device status.
