Had an excellent experience with customer service. They assisted me to make sure the battery worked for my husband’s CPAP machine. Battery works great. First night my husband forgot to charge the battery but it still gave him about 6 hours of power. Battery is light and it fits inside the CPAP machine’s bag.
I am looking forward to using this on my upcoming flight to South Africa. With the Medistrom Pilot-24 and my Resmed Airmini I will be able to get some sleep on the plane and use in South Africa during the periods when the power is shut off. This battery comes with all the cables needed for charging and operation.
It charges the battery much faster than using the air mini connection to charge it
