Overview

If your bed is anything but dreamy, we have the mask for you.

The ResMed AirFit™ N30i feels more natural, with a top-of-the-head tube design that allows patients to sleep in any position and closer to their bed partner. The quick-release elbow makes it easy to disconnect the mask from the tubing if you need to get up at night, for a smooth bedtime routine.

One size doesn't fit all. That's why the Fit Pack includes three cushion sizes to ensure a perfect fit for a successful sleep therapy treatment.

    Important Tips

    • Choose the right cushion size included in the starter pack for a proper fit. Use the color-coded system to identify sizes easily.
    • Adjust the headgear evenly on both sides to avoid tilting the mask and ensure a secure seal.
    • Do not overtighten the headgear; the cushion should gently sit under your nose without pressing too hard.
    • Use a CPAP moisturizer before wearing the mask to prevent dryness and red marks on the skin.
    • Add CPAP strap covers to reduce pressure and avoid irritation from the headgear straps.
    • Clean the mask cushion daily with warm water and mild soap to remove oils and maintain a good seal.
    • Use CPAP cleaning wipes for a quick daily refresh, especially when traveling.
    • Deep clean weekly with a UVC CPAP cleaner for thorough disinfection of the mask and frame.
    • Inspect the mask parts frequently for wear or cracks, and replace the cushion every 2 weeks for best performance.
    • Use a CPAP brush set to clean inside the tubing and elbow connection to avoid moisture and debris buildup.
    • Store the mask in a clean, dry place away from sunlight to prevent material breakdown.
    • If mask leaks occur, adjust the headgear and reposition the cushion without over-tightening the straps.
    • Take a few minutes before bed to practice breathing with the mask on to get used to airflow and fit.
    • Quick-release elbow makes it easy to disconnect from tubing when getting up at night—use this to avoid removing the whole mask.
    • Pair with a humidifier if you experience dryness or nasal irritation during use.
    • Monitor your seal and fit using the myAir app to track mask performance and address any leak issues.

    Find Out Now!

What is a CPAP nasal mask?

A CPAP nasal mask covers just the nose and delivers pressurized air to keep your airway open while you sleep. It’s a popular choice for those who breathe through their nose.

Who should use a CPAP nasal mask?

Nasal masks are great for nose breathers and people who want a balance between minimal bulk and a secure fit. They work well for active sleepers who move a lot at night.

Can I use a nasal mask if I breathe through my mouth?

If you breathe through your mouth, a nasal mask may not be the best option unless you use a chin strap to keep your mouth closed during sleep.

How often should I replace my CPAP nasal mask?

You should replace the cushion every 1-3 months and the entire mask every 6 months for optimal performance and hygiene.

What is the difference between a nasal mask and a nasal pillow mask?

A nasal mask covers the entire nose, while a nasal pillow mask has small inserts that sit at the nostrils. Nasal pillows are more minimal, while nasal masks provide more stability.
