Lightest Full Face Mask

The Quattro Air weighs 45% less than the Mirage Quattro, making it one of the lightest full-face masks available. The reduced weight helps ease pressure on the face, which can be especially helpful for users who are sensitive to bulk or discomfort during sleep.

Simple Four-Part Assembly

With only four components—the cushion, frame, headgear, and elbow—the Quattro Air is easy to take apart and clean. This simple structure makes daily maintenance less time-consuming and keeps setup straightforward.

Spring Air™ Cushion

The dual-wall cushion supports a secure seal while remaining soft on the skin. It inflates slightly to conform to your facial contours and holds shape during movement, helping minimize red marks and air leaks around the nose and mouth.

Open Frame with Flexible Forehead Support

Instead of forehead pads, the flexible support arm adjusts gently to rest above the eyes. This keeps your field of vision clear and reduces pressure points while still helping the cushion stay stable during therapy.

Reliable Seal for Mouth Breathers

The full-face cushion seals over the nose and mouth, making it a good option if your mouth opens during sleep. It performs well at higher pressures and doesn’t need to be overtightened—light contact is often enough for a secure seal.

SoftEdge™ Headgear

The headgear features soft, rolled edges that sit comfortably on your face without digging in. It’s designed to maintain a steady fit without requiring tight adjustments, helping reduce marks and irritation overnight.

Quick-Release Elbow with Diffused Venting

The elbow detaches with one hand for quick breaks and includes quiet exhalation vents that direct air gently away from you and your bed partner. The swivel design helps reduce hose tension while you sleep.

Easy Sizing and Compatibility

Cushions and frames are size-specific and need to match for proper fit. The Quattro Air comes in Small, Medium, and Large, with replacement parts available for each. Be sure to align the cushion and frame size when setting up or replacing components.

What’s Included

While this product includes the essential mask and headgear components, you'll still need to purchase a CPAP machine and hose to complete your therapy setup

Important Tips

  • Clean the cushion and frame daily with CPAP Soap and rinse with warm water. Let all parts air dry away from sunlight.
  • For quick daily wipe-downs, use CPAP Mask Wipes to remove facial oils and prevent leaks.
  • Avoid overtightening the mask—let the Spring Air™ cushion create a natural seal. A tight fit can cause pressure marks and discomfort.
  • Make sure the cushion and frame are the same size (e.g., medium cushion with medium frame) to maintain a secure fit and proper function.
  • Replace the cushion every 1–2 months and the frame every 3–6 months. Use the CPAP Parts Finder to get the right replacement pieces.
  • If you experience skin irritation, apply CPAP-friendly moisturizer before putting on your mask.
  • Add Strap Covers for extra comfort and fewer red marks on your cheeks.
  • Use a CPAP pillow to reduce pressure on the mask if you sleep on your side.
  • Pair the mask with CPAP machines that support 3–40 cmH2O pressure to stay within its operating range.
  • Connect the mask with standard CPAP hoses, and check the connection to prevent air leaks.
  • Use a CPAP brush set to clean hard-to-reach spots inside the elbow or vent.
  • Sanitize all gear weekly using a CPAP cleaning machine to keep everything fresh and germ-free.

What is a CPAP full face mask?

A full-face CPAP mask covers both the nose and mouth, making it ideal for people who breathe through their mouth or experience nasal congestion.

Are full-face masks uncomfortable to sleep in?

While full-face masks are bulkier than nasal masks, modern designs are lightweight and feature soft cushions for a comfortable fit. Adjusting your headgear properly can improve comfort.

Can I sleep on my side with a full-face mask?

Yes, but side sleepers may need to adjust their pillow positioning or use a CPAP-friendly pillow to avoid mask displacement.

How often should I replace my CPAP full-face mask?

The cushion should be replaced every 1-3 months, and the entire mask should be replaced every 6 months.
