Heated humidification prevents dryness, sore and scratchy throats, and chapped lips. In other words: you need this. The ResMed AirSense includes HumidAir; a built-in humidification system integrated into the machine that is easy to control. The system is very user-friendly; you can adjust to the appropriate humidification setting from the My Options screen on the device. The ClimateLineAir is one of the most advanced heated tubings with a built-in sensor to keep the temperature at the preferred settings, regardless of changes in the room temperature or humidity, plus it has a convenient swivel connection so you can move freely during your sleep. The AirSense 10 AutoSet can be used with ResMed's new HumidAir heated humidifier and ClimateLineAir heated tube for optimal temperature and humidity levels. Checking and cleaning your device is crucial for the best performance of the device and optimal therapy results. Be sure to check the air filter and replace it at least every six months.
More than a feature, it's a game-changer. ResMed's AutoSet™ feature helps provide effective therapy at the lowest pressure levels throughout the night by monitoring your breathing and gently increasing and decreasing pressure if an event occurs, making it easier to adapt to treatment. Additionally, this advanced setting differentiates between obstructive and central apneas and tailors to the appropriate therapy for your changing needs. This machine is also whisper-quiet, an undeniably important aspect of a CPAP machine, especially if you share a room with a bed partner.
Once you try SmartStart™, there's no going back. SmartStart™ is a function that initiates your sleep apnea therapy as soon as you breathe into your mask. When you remove your mask, it stops automatically after a few seconds. This intuitive and convenient feature is ideal if you need to get up from bed in the middle of the night. Once you remove your mask, the machine will stop and provide a Sleep Report with a summary of your therapy session, including usage hours and mask seal information. You can also set to see information on apnea events experienced per hour and more detailed usage data.
Initiating your therapy with high pressure can feel uncomfortable, especially if you're still getting used to your therapy protocol. AutoRamp™ with sleep onset detection begins by delivering low pressure for optimal comfort. Then, after you fall asleep, it gradually increases the pressure to the prescribed level. You can set your Ramp Time to Off, 5 to 45 minutes, or Auto. Your settings are set up for your needs by your provider. You can press the dial to see your current settings, and from here, you can personalize your options if needed.
The user interface is highlighted by an LCD screen with intuitive menu navigation. A built-in ambient light sensor accommodates the screen's brightness, making it easy-to-read but not bothersome at night. The screen light adjusts to the room's brightness for fewer sleep interruptions (for you and your partner.) The screen's backlight also turns off automatically to help you fall back to sleep without disturbance.

Did not state that it did not have Wi-Fi. Manual should tell you how to set pressure.

Works great had to tweak it a little but machine is quiet and works great
I received this new CPAP machine and just used it to see how was working and I right away discovered that this is an old model machine, never used but not new model, I already have a machine that start to work as soon as I start breathing into the mask, but this one doesn't, I have to press the start button.
