AirCurve 11 VAuto BiPAP Machine with AirFit X30i Full Face Mask Bundle

This bundle pairs the ResMed AirCurve 11 VAuto, an auto-adjusting bilevel (BiPAP) machine, with the AirFit X30i full face mask, so you get a complete bilevel therapy setup in one order instead of piecing together a machine and mask separately. In the box: the AirCurve 11 VAuto with its built-in HumidAir humidifier and standard tubing, the AirFit X30i mask (frame, cushion in your chosen size, and tube-up headgear), and a ResMed standard filter.

We built this bundle for anyone who has been prescribed bilevel therapy, or who needs a higher, split pressure than a single-pressure CPAP can comfortably deliver, and who also breathes through the nose and mouth during sleep. The X30i is an oral-nasal design: it seals under the nose and around the mouth with a nasal pillows cushion instead of covering the whole face, and the tube connects at the top of the head instead of hanging in front.

The AirCurve 11 VAuto is a BiPAP, not a CPAP: it delivers two pressures, a higher IPAP when you inhale and a lower EPAP when you exhale, and VAuto mode auto-adjusts both within the range your provider sets (IPAP 4 to 25, EPAP 4 to 25, pressure support 0 to 10 cm H2O). The AirFit X30i connects to the included tubing and pairs with the myAir app through the machine's built-in cellular and Bluetooth connection, so your therapy data shows up without manual syncing.

The AirFit X30i's lower headgear clips are magnetic. If you or anyone in close contact with the mask has a pacemaker, defibrillator, or other implanted device, keep the magnets at least 6 inches (150 mm) away (see the FAQs below for details). A bilevel prescription is required to purchase this bundle, and it qualifies for FSA/HSA reimbursement.
