    ClimateLineAir Heated Tubing

The ClimateLineAir Heated Tubing is an essential component of the ResMed AirSense 10 Starter Bundle, designed to enhance CPAP therapy by actively regulating air temperature. This prevents condensation buildup and ensures consistent warmth throughout the night, improving both comfort and therapy effectiveness.

    Compatible Machines

The ClimateLineAir Heated Tubing is compatible with all AirSense 10 and AirCurve 10 machines, including AirSense 10, AirSense 10 Elite, AirSense 10 AutoSet, AirSense 10 AutoSet for Her, AirCurve 10 S, AirCurve 10 ST, AirCurve 10 VAuto, and AirCurve 10 ASV. This seamless compatibility is crucial for ensuring optimal performance and comfort during therapy.

    Auto Climate Control Mode

Featuring an innovative Auto Climate Control Mode, the ClimateLineAir Heated Tubing automatically regulates temperature and humidity levels based on continuous sensor monitoring of the tubing and mask environment. This intelligent adjustment helps prevent condensation buildup and maintains comfort.

    Find Your Perfect Temperature

With personalized temperature control, the ClimateLineAir Heated Tubing allows you to select your ideal temperature setting for a consistent and comfortable night's therapy. This feature is designed to tailor your CPAP experience to your individual needs for optimal comfort.

    Optimal Humidity with HumidAir™ Technology

The integration of ClimateLineAir tubing with HumidAir™ Technology provides an effective solution for humidity management during CPAP therapy. This combination ensures a comfortable, uninterrupted sleep by maintaining the right moisture levels throughout the night.

    Easy Maintenance

Designed for easy maintenance, the ClimateLineAir Heated Tubing should be cleaned weekly to prevent mold or bacteria buildup. The tubing should be washed with warm water and a mild detergent, thoroughly rinsed, and allowed to air dry completely out of direct sunlight.

    Important Tips

    • Always connect the ClimateLineAir heated tube securely to prevent air leaks and maintain consistent temperature during therapy.
    • Use the Climate Control setting on your machine to adjust air temperature and minimize rainout inside the tubing.
    • Clean the heated tubing weekly using CPAP-safe soap and rinse thoroughly before drying it fully.
    • To reach inside the tubing and scrub thoroughly, use a CPAP cleaning brush.
    • Add a tubing cover to enhance comfort and insulation, reducing condensation during sleep.
    • Replace the heated tube every 3–6 months, especially if you notice stiffness or loss of heating—use the part finder to find the right one.
    • Protect your device’s lifespan by always using distilled water in the water chamber to prevent mineral buildup.
    • Empty and rinse the water chamber daily, and give it a deeper clean with mild soap weekly.
    • Check the chamber for cracks or discoloration—these are signs it’s time to replace it.
    • Never fill past the max line to avoid water backing into the device and causing damage.
    • Replace the water chamber every six months to maintain effective humidification and hygiene.
    • Add a CPAP cleaning machine to your routine for easy sanitizing of tubing and water chamber parts.
    • The included 6-pack filter set should be used with care: change each filter every 2–4 weeks depending on your environment.
    • If you have pets, allergies, or live in a dusty home, swap filters more frequently to keep your therapy clean and your lungs protected.
    • Clean the filter slot with CPAP wipes before inserting a new one to remove dust and debris.
    • Never wash or reuse disposable filters—they’re designed for single use only.
    • Keep spare filters stored in a dry place to avoid moisture and contamination.
    • When replacing filters, inspect your hose and mask too—clean them using mask wipes or a CPAP brush set.
    • If your mask causes redness or discomfort, consider adding strap covers or mask liners for a more comfortable seal.
    • Use a CPAP pillow to reduce tube dragging and mask pressure when sleeping on your side.
    • Unsure about compatibility? The mask finder quiz can help match your setup to the right gear.

    FAQs

I'm not sure if I have sleep apnea

Not sure if you have sleep apnea?

Take this simple test to know your risk level.

    Find Out Now!

Why do CPAP machines have humidifiers?

CPAP humidifiers add moisture to prevent dry mouth, throat irritation, and nasal congestion caused by pressurized air.

Are all CPAP humidifiers the same?

No, there are two types: - Integrated humidifiers (built into the CPAP machine) - Standalone humidifiers (separate units that connect to the CPAP)

Do I have to use a CPAP humidifier?

No, but it helps reduce dryness and discomfort. If you experience dryness, adding a humidifier can improve comfort.

What type of water should I use in my CPAP humidifier?

Use distilled water to prevent mineral buildup and bacteria growth. Avoid tap or bottled water.

How often should I clean my CPAP humidifier?

Daily: Empty and rinse with warm water. Weekly: Wash with mild soap, rinse well, and let it air dry.

Why is there water in my CPAP mask or hose?

This is rainout, caused by humidified air cooling in the hose. Using heated tubing or a hose cover can help.

Can I travel with a CPAP humidifier?

Yes, but some travelers prefer to turn off the humidifier to reduce bulk. If flying, empty the water chamber before packing.

When should I replace my CPAP humidifier chamber?

Every 6 months, or sooner if you notice discoloration, cracking, or buildup that doesn’t clean off.
