The AirFit X30i Oral Cushion is designed to rest gently around your mouth without adding unnecessary pressure. It supports both nose and mouth breathing with minimal contact on the face, making it a practical option for those who move during sleep or open their mouth at night.

Made from soft, medical-grade silicone, the cushion seals around the mouth without covering the nasal bridge. As part of the X30i’s hybrid system, it works alongside the nasal pillows to deliver full face therapy while keeping your line of sight clear and avoiding common pressure points.

Replacing the oral cushion regularly helps maintain a secure seal and good hygiene. Since this part is in constant contact with airflow and moisture, it’s recommended to change it every two weeks to keep therapy effective and comfortable.

Note: This is only the oral cushion for the AirFit X30i mask. It comes standard, and all frame sizes are compatible.

Returns Policy
  • The pillows cushion should be replaced twice per month to receive the best treatment possible.  Check replacement parts easily online.
  • Clean the cushion daily with mild CPAP-safe soap to prevent skin irritation and extend its lifespan.
  • Avoid using ozone or UV cleaning devices as they can damage the silicone and void your warranty—stick with soap and water methods or a CPAP-safe cleaner.
  • Gently rub and rinse the cushion in warm water, then let it air-dry fully out of sunlight to preserve its shape.
  • If you wake up with leaks, reseat the cushion by lifting and placing it back over your mouth to reestablish the seal.
  • Try not to overtighten the headgear, as the cushion is designed to adapt to your mouth contours with minimal pressure.
  • For sensitive skin, apply a light CPAP-friendly moisturizer before bed to reduce redness or dryness.
  • If you notice slipping or loss of seal, your cushion might be worn—time to swap it out.
  • Keep an eye on the QuietAir vent on the cushion; make sure it's not blocked by blankets or sleepwear.
  • For a more stable fit, consider pairing the mask with a CPAP pillow to reduce movement overnight.
  • Use CPAP mask wipes each morning to remove oils quickly if you can’t fully wash the cushion.
