I switched from a chin strap that went around my ears and so glad I did! This one is very Comfortable, soft on face, and easy to use with the C pap machin

The chin strap is simple and easy to use. Tried it for four days. Maybe I should have tried longer. Maybe I'll try again down the road, but it didn't work for me from the first day. I have been a CPAP user for over 5 years on a daily basis. I switched to a nasal mask for more comfort, but started getting dry mouth. It was suggested to me to use a chin strap to keep my mouth closed during the night. I have gone back to full face mask.
