By keeping a closed circuit, it reduces the risk of nosocomial infection. This 155cc inhaler chamber provides for maximal plume formation and aerosol availability. By directing the aerosol jet into the mainstream of the inspiratory flow, the aerosol delivery is improved while technique error is reduced
