    Important Tips

    • Choose the right cushion size for your face to ensure a proper seal and better comfort. The cushion should sit gently on your face without gaps.
    • Adjust headgear straps evenly on both sides to avoid overtightening; the mask should feel snug but not tight, preventing red marks or discomfort.
    • Use the magnetic clips to easily put on and remove the mask—attach the lower straps after placing the cushion on your face for a quicker fit.
    • Clean the mask daily using mild soap and warm water, focusing on the cushion to remove facial oils and keep a good seal. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
    • Wash headgear weekly to maintain its softness and elasticity. Air dry completely before using it again.
    • Inspect the cushion and frame regularly for wear, cracks, or loss of shape, and replace them as needed to maintain therapy effectiveness.
    • Avoid using this mask if you have a pacemaker or defibrillator due to the magnetic clips. Consider non-magnetic alternatives if needed.
    • Make sure to re-seat the mask if leaks occur, adjusting the cushion position and straps rather than overtightening.
    • The AirFit F20 is great for mouth breathers and allergy sufferers, offering a full-face seal that adapts to different sleep positions.
    • Use with humidification if you experience dryness or stuffy nose, enhancing comfort during therapy.

    Find Out Now!

What is a CPAP full face mask?

A full-face CPAP mask covers both the nose and mouth, making it ideal for people who breathe through their mouth or experience nasal congestion.

Are full-face masks uncomfortable to sleep in?

While full-face masks are bulkier than nasal masks, modern designs are lightweight and feature soft cushions for a comfortable fit. Adjusting your headgear properly can improve comfort.

Can I sleep on my side with a full-face mask?

Yes, but side sleepers may need to adjust their pillow positioning or use a CPAP-friendly pillow to avoid mask displacement.

How often should I replace my CPAP full-face mask?

The cushion should be replaced every 1-3 months, and the entire mask should be replaced every 6 months.
