Returns Policy
  • Before using the Stratus 5 Oxygen Concentrator, read the entire user manual carefully to understand the proper operation, maintenance, and safety precautions.
  • Only use the oxygen flow rate prescribed by your healthcare provider, and do not attempt to adjust the flow meter beyond these settings.
  • Place the concentrator in a location that allows for adequate airflow, keeping it at least 12 inches away from walls, furniture, and curtains.
  • Operate the concentrator in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated area to avoid dust and moisture, which can affect the device's performance.
  • Regularly clean the air intake filter to maintain optimal performance; rinse the sponge mesh filter with clean water and let it air dry completely before reinserting.
  • Use only distilled water in the humidifier bottle, replace the water daily, and clean the bottle weekly using mild soap and a vinegar solution.
  • Keep the concentrator away from flammable materials and sources of ignition, such as open flames or smoking materials.
