The Monaghan Ombra Table Top Compressor is a 120V nebulizer system designed for effective aerosol drug delivery in the treatment of respiratory conditions. It uses breath-actuated technology, producing aerosol only during inhalation to reduce medication waste and increase inhaled drug mass. Operating at 60 dB(A), it provides quiet therapy suitable for home or clinical use.

Sit comfortably, then switch on your compressor to begin the session
Use the mouthpiece by sealing your lips around its edge, make sure not to cover the exhalation valve
If using a mask rather than the mouthpiece, fit it securely over your nose and mouth to avoid air leaks
Breathe slowly and deeply with the mouthpiece or mask to ensure proper aerosol delivery
Watch the green feedback button on the AeroEclipse XL nebulizer, it drops during inhalation to signal effective delivery
Continue taking slow, deep breaths until the device makes a sputtering noise, that indicates your dose is complete
When treatment ends, turn off the compressor right away to preserve its longevity

The system uses a breath-actuated nebulizer (BAN) that releases aerosol only during inhalation. No aerosol is produced during exhalation or pauses, reducing medication loss and improving the amount of drug that reaches the lungs.
A built-in switch allows you to choose between breath-actuated mode and continuous flow. This flexibility supports different medication types or respiratory needs. Continuous mode provides uninterrupted flow, while breath-actuated mode helps reduce waste.
The AeroEclipse XL BAN includes a green feedback button. When visible, the device is pressurized and ready. The button drops during inhalation, confirming that aerosol delivery is occurring. This visual guide helps maintain proper breathing technique.
The standard mouthpiece can be replaced with ComfortSeal masks in multiple sizes. This allows the system to be used by both children and adults who may not be able to use a mouthpiece effectively.
The medication reservoir includes fill indicators from 0.5 mL to 6 mL. These guides help ensure proper medication volume and reduce dosing errors during preparation.
Operates at approximately 60 dB(A), comparable to normal conversation. This makes it suitable for use in shared spaces or during nighttime treatments without significant disruption.
Each AeroEclipse XL BAN nebulizer can be cleaned in the dishwasher (top rack), boiled, or disinfected using a vinegar solution. With proper care, each unit is designed for up to six months of use.
