AirView is a cloud-based platform used by certified professionals to remotely view and, with a doctor’s oversight, adjust therapy settings on compatible ResMed CPAP/BiPAP devices.
This service allows setting changes, such as pressure levels or mask type adjustments, to be sent directly to the device, so therapy remains on track without having to manually adjust on the machine. All changes must follow a prescription issued by a doctor.
Note: This service is ONLY for ResMed CPAP Machines
Once your machine is connected, you can also request a compliance report, which summarizes your CPAP usage and therapy effectiveness. This report is often required by sleep doctors or insurance providers. To request it, simply reach out to the Sleeplay team via chat or email and we’ll send it directly to you.
The team at Sleeplay will monitor the first 60 days of your CPAP machine use to make sure everything is working as expected. If the therapy is not working to its full potential, our dedicated team of respiratory therapists will reach out with tips and tricks to get the proper therapy.
