Your 30-day return period starts from the day we ship your machine to you. After this period, we don't accept return requests. To start the return process, contact Sleeplay, state the reason for the return, and we'll guide you through the rest.
We offer store credit at 100% of the original purchase price. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a 15% return fee will apply, and you will receive 85% of the purchase amount.
When you return your machine, ensure it reaches us within 10 business days of receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Your machine should be in its original packaging, in perfect condition (just like when you got it), and without any physical damage.
Once your return is approved, we'll refund your original payment method for the purchase.
Please remember that we don't issue refunds for machines returned damaged or defective or without their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for heavily used or damaged machines.
Customers can use our 30-day return policy for any CPAP machine once.
