A very quiet APAP is the ResPlus Auto CPAP (Automatic Positive Air Pressure or Auto CPAP). With the use of extra pressure sensors and a special algorithm, it will automatically titrate until it finds the right therapeutic pressure setting for you. It is comparable to having a sleep study each night. The therapy pressure required changes when we become older, put on or lose weight, or even just have a few drinks.
