Hate to say it, but I feel it's a bit better than the 11.
The card-to-cloud machine is best for me because I'm not interested in springing for technology just to permit automatic data-transmission to a doctor that doesn't want it anyway. I use an app that reads the SD-card with my card-reader, and records my cpap therapy, presenting daily graphs of all the data (the same stuff the experts review.) With a little homework, I educate myself on what's going on. It's not rocket-science. I can then tweak the settings to optimize my therapy... and it's working great! I have only changed one setting since the doctor made the initial settings on my first machine (a resmed S7, followed by an S9) 20 years ago. A lot of cpap patients keep tabs on their own therapy this way.
Furthermore, The AutoSet 10 is LESS noisy than the 11 (which isn't very noisy either), which is why I selected the 10 over the 11. I don't use the humidifier function. Instead, I use a Vornado Evap40 room humidifier that only needs water every three days or so, therefore I don't have to mess with filling the cpap machine every night, and I wake up without dried out breathing passages. In fact, nothing in the whole room gets dried out either. I recommend this humidifier arrangement to all cpap users.
