Try a different CPAP company, after 16 months of daily use.
The OEM tanks for my new Dreamstation 2 (received September 2021) crack in less than 6 months during normal use. This system was provided in to a recall notice. This is now the 3rd tank that has not yet last 6 months. All the cracks appear to be similar. I contacted Philips Respironics Pittsburgh, PA 15239 by they told me it wasn’t their problem and contact the provider for warranty service. They controls on this system are also not intuitive, even after 16 months of daily use I still have to go back to the manual. Some days I find that the tank cover was not on properly, a very easy this to do, yet the tank with misaligned cover still fit snugly into the man unit. Off you go thinking everything is ok until the next morning and you find the water level has not changed. Horrible design. I don’t like this system at all. I don’t want to this Dreamstation 2. I never had these problems with prior own systems. Good luck if you purchase this lemon.
